Important Boarding Information
DROP OFF & PICK UP TIMES
Drop-off time: 2 PM - 4 PM daily, 7 days a week.
Pickup time: 9 AM - 11 AM daily, 7 days a week.
Depending upon availability and for an additional charge, we do offer an option for an early drop-off and/or late pickup.
No pickup or drop-off on holidays
(New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day).
WHAT TO BRING
Food must be prepackaged into individual portions, per dog, per day for the entirety of the stay.
(Paper bags, ziplock bags, or reusable containers are ok)
Please limit total items sent to 3 per pet.
Label everything you can with your last name, please!
We are fully equipped to provide all the necessities your pet will need, but if you want to send a small blanket or T-shirt with your scent, chew bone, or a toy, that will be just fine!
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Please do not send large or bulky beds.
We provide Kuranda beds and fleece blankets for every dog.
Please do not send bowls unless your pet has a special slow feeder or spill-proof bowl.
We use stainless steel bowls and sanitize them after each feeding.
Please do not send rope toys or rawhides!
Only send toys/treats that you know are safe for your pet to have overnight when unattended.
Please do not send entire bags of food.
If food is not pre-portioned upon arrival we will provide bags for you at drop off.
IMMUNIZATIONS
Pets must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella
Exceptions may be made with approval letter from your veterinarian.
Puppies must have completed all four rounds of vaccinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to make a reservation.
If cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks before the reservation start date, the deposit will be refunded to the card on file.
If cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks prior to the reservation start date but more than 72 hours prior, the deposit will be saved as store credit. This credit can be used for a future stay or ANY service we provide for up to one year.
If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours prior to the reservation start date, the deposit will be forfeited.
Some exceptions apply and weather related or medical emergencies will always be taken into consideration.
PRE-CHECK FORM
Before each stay, you’ll be required to complete a Pre-Check form.

This ensures we have the most up-to-date details about your pet, including contact information, feeding instructions, medications, and a list of belongings. If you would like to add on any services to your stay you can do this during pre-check!
We also ask that you provide your preferred after hours/emergency veterinarian information, along with your wishes and budget regarding life-saving care or surgery.
Having this information in advance allows us to act quickly and provide the best possible care if an emergency arises.
While we hope we’ll never need to use this information, unforeseen medical emergencies can occur without warning. Examples include:
Bloat (gastric torsion), Seizures, Allergic reactions, Sudden injury (fractures, cuts, internal trauma), Respiratory distress.
It’s important that you also let us know about any existing health conditions, medications, or concerns your pet may have before their stay. Most local veterinary offices do not offer after-hours emergency services, so our default emergency provider is:

TOURS
If you have not taken a tour of our facility and wish to do so, this must be scheduled in advance. We LOVE to show off our facility and are proud to give tours on Monday - Thursday between 11 AM - 2 PM by appointment! Tours are not offered during pick-up or drop-off hours for the comfort and safety of the pets! PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR A TOUR AT DROP-OFF. All of our staff is hands-on during drop-off and pick-up hours, and we CANNOT leave the dogs unattended during this time for a tour! Thank you for understanding!
